While investigators work to determine how the fraud is occuring we have blocked our members' Visa Debit cards from working in these states. If you are traveling to either Illinois or Pennsylvania, please contact our Member Service Call Center at 800-632-0210 so the block can be temporarily removed from your card. We appreciate your patience and assistance with this matter. The block will likely only be in effect for a few weeks while authorities work to resolve the matter.
