eStatement FAQs

Do I need any special software to use eStatements?

If you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer, you're all set. If not, it is available for free.

Does it matter which browser I use to access the eStatement site?

Any up-to-date browser should work. We would recommend Microsoft Edge version 3 or higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer version 11 or higher, Mozilla Firefox version 46 or higher, Google Chrome version 50 or higher, or Apple Safari version 8 or higher.

How will I know when my registration has been completed?

Once you've completed the registration process, you will receive an email confirming your successful registration.

How will I know when I can view my statement?

You will receive an email notification whenever a new statement is available for viewing.

Can I print out my statement?

Yes, you can print copies, save electronic copies locally on your computer, or save electronic copies on your cloud service provider.

How long will my statement be available for viewing?

eStatements will generally remain available for viewing for 12 months after they have been posted.

What do I do if my email address changes?

Whenever you update your email address in Home Banking 24, your email address in this system is changed to match. So you only need to update your email address here, in the eStatements system, if you wish to receive your electronic statement notifications at a different email address from the one you receive notifications at for online banking.

This also means that, if you are using two separate email addresses, you will need to come here to the eStatements site after changing your email address in the online banking system and change this email address back to the email address at which you wish to receive your electronic statements.

I got an error message while trying to view an eStatement. It said "There was an error processing a page. A font contains a bad CMap/Encoding." What does this mean?

You are using an outdated version of Adobe Acrobat Reader and should upgrade to the latest version. Adobe recommends that you first uninstall any older versions of Acrobat Reader prior to installing the updated version. Once this has been done, you should be able to view your eStatements without a problem.

What do I do if I'm having trouble viewing my statement?

Recent changes to your operating system software such as upgrades, downloads, and/or system enhancements can affect your device's ability to connect with secure sites and view PDF documents, including our eStatement site. To attempt to resolve the issue on your device, we recommend trying these steps:

  • Verify that your operating system is completed up-to-date.
  • Uninstall and then reinstall the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of your browser available.
  • Some pop-up blockers and firewall programs may prevent access to eStatements. If you use either of these, you may want to attempt disablingthem temporarily to see if it makes a difference in your access.
