Become a Member

Opening an account is fast and easy. We offer two convenient methods to enable eligible applicants to establish membership:

  1. In Person: visit a branch office. A Member Service Officer will provide you with the proper forms and disclosures to open your account on the spot. Please bring a valid driver's license, Social Security card and proof of eligibility (such as an employment ID or check stub) or, if you're joining as a family member, we will ask you to sign an affidavit verifying your eligibility for membership. You'll also need to deposit at least $5 to open a regular savings account.
  2. Online Application: Simply complete the required information outlined below. To join you must:
    • Complete and print our Membership Application
    • Provide a photocopy of your Social Security Card and a valid driver's license or state issued ID card
    • Enclose a check or money order for a minimum $5 deposit to open a savings account
    • Return the completed forms, photocopies, and initial deposit to:

Membership Eligibility

You are eligible for membership if you have a family member that's a member including parents and grandparents, children and grandchildren, brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, or anyone living at your legal residence.

Family members have full rights of membership and joint ownership is not required on their account, except for minor children.

Employees of Business Partners

If you are a current or retired employee of any of our 300+ business partner companies, you are eligible to join. Spouses of deceased or retired employees are also eligible to join. Check our current list of Business Partners to see if your employer is on it.
