Important Notice for Debit Card Holders
The upgrade is now complete. However, a small number of our debit card holders may be experiencing temporary service disruptions due to their PIN unsuccessfully moving to the new system. If you are experiencing issues with PIN-based transactions, re-establishing your PIN should remedy this for you. For security reasons, we cannot do this for you.

When Re-establishing Your PIN:
- Have Your Card Ready: Information from your debit card will be required.
- Provide Identification: Be prepared to enter the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number.
- Call from Your Registered Phone Number: You must call from the primary phone number associated with your Summit Credit Union membership.
Temporary Service Interruptions
- In-Branch Instant-Issue Debit Card Replacements: This service will remain unavailable for a few more weeks as we complete the necessary hardware and software installations. If necessary, our call center and branch staff are available to assist you with placing a rush order for lost or stolen card replacements.
- Card Controls in the Digital Banking App: This feature for temporarily blocking or unblocking your cards will be unavailable for a few months while our digital banking and card processor work to bring this important service back to the Summit CU mobile app as soon as possible.
