The deadline to apply for our fall 2023 scholarships is Wednesday, February 1, 2023.
Scholarships are available to members through the Elizabeth "Sis" Hamilton Scholarship Fund and then, additionally, through the Carolinas Credit Union Foundation's Scholarship Program.
In addition to scholarships offered by Summit Credit Union, specific scholarships are separately available to the following:
- Employees (or their immediate family) working at United Chemi-Con Manufacturing Company in Lansing, NC or Barker Microfarads in Hillsville, VA.
- Any member (or their immediate family) of Oxford Credit Union, who lives or works in Granville County, NC.
- Employees (or their immediate family) working at any of the plants served by Century Employees Savings Fund Credit Union, including Century Furniture, Hancock & Moore, and Valdese Weavers.
To be eligible to apply, applicants must be a member of Summit Credit Union or one of our affiliate credit unions and plan on enrolling as a full-time student in fall 2023.
