Important Information

All Branch Lobbies and Drive-Up Teller Services will be closed Monday, September 15.

Debit and Credit Cards will work on a limited available balance basis, beginning Friday, September 12. Balance inquiries will not be available. We recommend keeping some extra cash or alternative payment options available during this period. Normal operations for debit and credit cards will resume by Monday, September 15 after 10 am.

ATMs will be available for cash withdrawals on a limited available balance basis during the upgrade weekend.

Direct Deposits will be processed on the effective date provided by the payer. After 6:00 PM ET Friday, September 12, you will not be able to perform mobile deposits or account inquiries until Monday, September 15 after 10 am.

Future Home Equity Loan and Line of Credit Statements will be combined with other month-end account statements.

Your October statement may look a little different due to our System Upgrade. Your account activity will be split into two sections: September 1-12 and September 13-30, followed by a year-to-date summary. The normal layout will resume in your next statement.

Your telephone banking experience with CALL 24 will be even better with a new simplified menu, better voice recognition, and now includes a Spanish option! Stay tuned for important updates on our updated service.

Be Prepared Before the Upgrade

The System Upgrade will begin Friday, September 12 at 6:00 PM ET. Once it begins you will be unable to log-in to Digital Banking, make deposits, or check transactions or balances until after the System Upgrade is complete.

Be Prepared

  • Note Account Balances: Check your account balances and make a note (take a screen shot or save a screen print). Again, transaction and balance inquiries will be unavailable during the System Upgrade.
  • Finalize Transaction Schedules: Schedule or make any changes to previously scheduled transfers, payments, or bill payments. For payments scheduled through Bill Payer during the System Upgrade, we recommend moving the effective date to Thursday, September 11 or earlier. Scheduled transfers should also be reviewed once Digital Banking becomes available to see if the transfer occurred as expected. If not, we suggest you make the transfer manually. Normal scheduled transfer operations will return after the System Upgrade.
  • Keep Cash On-Hand: We expect credit and debit cards to work during the System Upgrade. However, temporary debit and credit card limits will be in-effect. So, we recommend keeping some cash handy during this period.
