System Upgrade
Coming in mid-September, we will complete our banking system upgrade.
"This System Upgrade is a huge milestone in our constant efforts to improve our technology, strengthen security, and better meet the financial needs of our members. As we have for the past 90 years, we remain committed to serving you and putting you first for the next 90 years and beyond."

Important Information
Debit and Credit Cards will work during the System Upgrade, but balance inquiries will not be available. Temporary debit and credit card limits will also be in-effect beginning with the Upgrade. Normal operations for debit and credit cards will resume Tuesday, September 16.
ATMs will be available for cash withdrawals with temporary limits during the System Upgrade. Balance inquiries, if available, will not reflect any activity after 6:00 PM on Friday, September 12 through Monday, September 15.
Direct Deposits will process to the effective date provided by the payer. After 6:00 PM on Friday, September 12, you will not be able to perform deposits or account inquiries through Monday, September 15.
Scheduled Transfers and Direct Payments/Withdrawals (ACH transactions) will process as scheduled. If you have any payments scheduled through Bill Payer during the System Upgrade period, we recommend moving-up the effective date to Thursday, September 11 or earlier.
Be Prepared Before the Upgrade
The System Upgrade will begin Friday, September 12 at 6:00 PM. Once it begins you will be unable to log-in to Digital Banking, make deposits, or check transactions or balances until after the System Upgrade is complete.
Steps to be prepared before this occurs:
- Note Account Balances: Check your account balances and make a note (take a screen shot or save a screen print). Again, transaction and balance inquiries will be unavailable during the System Upgrade.
- Finalize Transaction Schedules: Schedule or make any changes to previously scheduled transfers, payments, or bill payments. For payments scheduled through Bill Payer during the System Upgrade, we recommend moving the effective date to Thursday, September 11 or earlier. Scheduled transfers should also be reviewed once Digital Banking becomes available to see if the transfer occurred as expected. If not, we suggest you make the transfer manually. Normal scheduled transfer operations will return after the System Upgrade.
- Keep Cash On-Hand: We expect credit and debit cards to work during the System Upgrade. However, temporary debit and credit card limits will be in-effect. So, we recommend keeping some cash handy during this period.
